據(jù)歐盟網(wǎng)站消息，1月23日歐盟委員會(huì)發(fā)布（EU） No 51/2013號(hào)法規(guī)，修訂（EC）No 152/2009法規(guī)中飼料中動(dòng)物成分的官方檢測(cè)方法。新法規(guī)將自公布20日后生效。

THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION,
Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,
Having regard to Regulation （EC） No 882/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004 on official controls performed to ensure the verification of compliance with feed and food law, animal health and animal welfare rules （ 1 ）， and in particular Article 11（4） thereof,
Whereas:
（1） Article 7（1） of Regulation （EC） No 999/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 22 May 2001 laying down rules for the prevention, control and eradication of certain transmissible spongiform encephalopathies （ 2 ） provides that the feeding to ruminants of protein derived from animals is prohibited. That prohibition is extended to animals other than ruminants and restricted, as regards the feeding of those animals with products of animal origin, in accordance with Annex IV to that Regulation.
?。?） Article 11（1） of Regulation （EC） No 1069/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 October 2009 laying down health rules as regards animal by- products and derived products not intended for human consumption and repealing Regulation （EC） No 1774/2002 （ 3 ） prohibits the feeding of terrestrial animals of a given species other than fur animals with processed animal protein derived from the bodies or parts of bodies of animals of the same species, as well as the feeding of farmed fish with processed animal protein derived from the bodies or parts of bodies of farmed fish of the same species.

?。?）7條（1）規(guī)定（EC）999 / 2001的歐洲議會(huì)和理事會(huì)2001 22五月制定規(guī)則的預(yù)防，控制和消除某些傳染性海綿狀腦?。?）規(guī)定，飼養(yǎng)的動(dòng)物蛋白來(lái)源于反芻動(dòng)物是禁止的。這一禁令擴(kuò)展到其它反芻動(dòng)物和限制的動(dòng)物，關(guān)于這些動(dòng)物的飼養(yǎng)動(dòng)物源性產(chǎn)品，在附件IV，規(guī)定。
（2）11條（1）規(guī)定（EC）1069 / 2009的歐洲議會(huì)和理事會(huì)十月2009 21制定衛(wèi)生規(guī)則關(guān)于動(dòng)物產(chǎn)品和衍生產(chǎn)品不用于人類(lèi)消費(fèi)和廢除條例（EC）1774 / 2002（3）禁止的給定的物種比其他處理的動(dòng)物蛋白來(lái)源于身體或同種類(lèi)的動(dòng)物毛皮動(dòng)物身體部分陸地動(dòng)物的飼養(yǎng)，以及養(yǎng)殖魚(yú)類(lèi)加工的動(dòng)物蛋白來(lái)源于身體或養(yǎng)殖魚(yú)的同一物種的身體部分的料。
